weekend update

Awesome weekend report:

Grand adventures in rich people land, nice shops, Sacremento Street, general good carousing on Saturday. elly has a quality description of it.

The steps of San Francisco...

She's /so/ cute!

mmm green

Nice view, huh?

After lots of walking, there was some quality downtime with eating and teevee watching. Then I got all angsty, but we made it to Aaron's party at False Profit. It was epic. There's been this thing going on with nightlife lately where none of us seem to know what is going on or where it's happening. I have this secret fear that I'm just getting o l d, but I've been spouting that things just aren't going on in the way they used to. Last night made me feel better. There were people of all ages, not just 21 year olds. There were beats that made my body shake in all the right ways. There were fun new things to be done (Hula Hoops!!), and random nice people showed up to enjoy all of the above. Sometimes, it just feels damn good to dance, you know?

After the party, in the breaking light of dawn, James took this wonderful picture of elly & I. I think it's just about the most beauty that I can possibly take in. happiness.

Then this morning, happy easter to elly:

contented sigh...
